  • What a great question! Setting clear expectations right from the beginning is so important. I currently have clients working on losing 7 pounds, 100 pounds and everything in between. While every body is different the goal when working together is to lose 1-2 pounds a week. My specialty is in creating sustainable weight loss and habit change so to some this pace feels a bit slower than the quick fixes they have tried. But this pace is what helps us make sure that when you do lose that weight it stays gone for good!
